with a 4-inch Philips Graphic Globe by George Philip and Son Ltd., London, geared movement for Earth and Moon on a painted cast iron base with makers' cartouches, the extension arm with printed horizontal calendar disc and planet Venus with a replacement sun.
Height overall 18 x length 20 inches.

Condition Report

Globe with scuffs and darkened lacquer consistent with age. Mechanism appears intact and operative but needs oiling. Calendar dial with flaking and loss with surface dirt. Sun and finial holding sun to body are replacements. Additional images available upon request.
