FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE, number 120 of 400 copies SIGNED BY FAULKNER. Idyll in the Desert was Faulkner's first Random House book, and was the only publication of this story until it was included in Uncollected Stories in 1979. Petersen A10.1.
