8vo. Half-title. Original black cloth, printed gold labels on upper cover and spine (small indentation to upper cover); in unrestored unclipped dust jacket (slight soiling particularly to spine panel, some slight chipping, short tear crossing from front panel to spine).
FIRST EDITION, second state (weighing 14.4 ounces). In the FIRST ISSUE dust jacket with no blurbs in the orange bands on the front panel, with the two errors on the front flap, and with the "$2.00" price intact.
