A Rare Jostens 1985 Chicago Bears Super Bowl XX Championship Salesman Sample Ring Crafted to William "The Refrigerator" Perry's Size With Original Presentation Box
In the 1985, the Chicago Bears captured the heart and imagination of football fans both in the Windy City and across the globe. The team led by a defense regarded by many as the greatest in football history would go on to dismantle the New England Patriots 46-10 in Super Bowl XX.
Rookie William "The Refrigerator" Perry's unlikely exploits on offense made him an immediate folk hero.
Offered is an uncommon Josten salesman's sample of the massive trophy presented to Perry. The size 23 ring is crafted in 10 karat gold with 33.55 dwt. of diamond stimulants.
Included for the ring's display is the original presentation wood box measuring 6 3/8 x 2 1/4 inches with a Bears C logo engraved on the front. Once opened, the box features an additional Bears logo and the engraved tilting Chicago Bears Super Bowl XX Champions.
