Condition Report

Artwork in overall good condition. Giltwood frame also in good/stable condition. Frame: 36 x 42 5/8 inches. Canvas is lined and on newer stretcher. The lower horizontal stretcher, bearing a piece of the old stretcher, inscribed M. Robert Maverick/ Maverick Building/ San Antonio, Texas/ Stella Maverick in pencil. UV examination shows 2 x 2 inch area of overpainting in the upper left corner of the work. Few minute areas of overpainting near top of the painting from previous framing treatment.
