GRIMSHAW, Gary, artist. Free John Sinclair and All Political Prisoners! John Sinclair Freedom Rally / Crisler Arena, Ann Arbor. Sponsored by the Friends of the Rainbow People, 10 December 1971. 17 x 22 in. poster (excellent condition). The poster lists multiple acts and guest speakers, including John Lennon with Yoko Ono and Friends, Allen Ginsberg, Jerry Rubin, Bobby Seale of the Black Panther Party, and Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen. The rally was held on 10 December 1971 to protest the 10-year sentence of John Sinclair for possession of marijuana.
