Bill Graham Presents in San Francisco The Who / Cow Palace / Nov. 20. San Francisco, CA: Bill Graham, Tea Lautrec Litho., 1973. 18 7/8 x 25 1/2 in. poster (near excellent condition, minor edge wear).
A poster promoting one of the Who's most memorable performances from the 1973 Quadrophenia tour, during which drummer Keith Moon was purportedly so high that he could not play through all the sets. After playing a few songs without a drummer, Pete Townshend asked for a drummer from the audience. Nineteen-year-old drummer Scott Halpin then joined the Who onstage for several songs.
Electric Light Orchestra. Corte Madera, CA: Portal Publications, Ltd., 1977. 20 x 28 in. poster (some water damage to margins, some edge and corner wear, light creasing).
