Condition Report
The harness leather appears to have been conditioned and a seam has begun to open along the top crease. The flap is not laying flat against the bag. The fringes at the base of the bag are supple. Many of the bag’s tin cones are rusted or discolored. Bag contains a strike stick. I have not removed it from the bag out of an abundance of caution.
