Gage trained as a goldsmith in England and earned her first important commission from Cartier in 1968. She was inspired by Roman jewelry seen at the British Museum and has continued designing in her signature style for over 50 years. The jewelry incorporates colored gemstones, carvings and ancient bronzes set in 18 and 22 karat gold. Her unique pieces have attracted important clients including Lauren Bacall and private collectors worldwide.
