34.00 mm case diameter, the case consisting of a US $20 Liberty coin, dated 1904, hinged to reveal a watch inside with matte gold dial, black Arabic numerals, 17 jewel manual wind movement signed Mathey Tissot SWISS, black leather strap, base metal tang buckle. 6 1/4-7 1/2 inches long.
