[TOOLS & INSTRUMENTS]. Pocket drafting set. Ca late 18th-early 19th century. 

Georgian-era pocket drafting set in shagreen case (patination and oxidation to parts of tools; case with surface wear and some loss). Contains 9 tools in all, including 2 rulers, 6 brass instruments, and one bone-tipped pencil by A. W. Faber. This set could have been used by an architect, cartographer, or sea captain.
