Lot Description

Dr. Francis Parker (1790-1858) was born in Clarendon, Vermont, and studied medicine there, receiving a diploma from the State medical society of Vermont. He served as a surgeon in the War of 1812, notably at the Battle of Plattsburgh, and married Sarah Sally Parker in 1815, according to Samuel W.
