[EARLY PHOTOGRAPHY]. Sixth plate daguerreotype featuring a man in a wheelchair by Charles Yarnall. [Philadelphia], 1856. 

Sixth plate outdoor portrait of of a rather large older gentleman sitting in a wheelchair. (Tarnishing to edges.) Housed in a full pressed paper case (surface wear). Plate verso features etched inscription reading, "John Palmer? / Age 66 years / by Chas Yarnall / 10mo 22d 1856." 

Charles Yarnall is listed as being active in Philadelphia from 1858-1860.
