Lot Description

7 15/16 x 12 5/8 in. broadside; framed (not examined out of frame).
The broadside lambasts the Lock Navigation Company for not adhering to the terms laid out in two acts issued in 1792 and 1806 regarding their duty to ensure the Seneca Outlet is navigable. The author laments "the great expense of land transportation" and other difficulties caused by the subpar lock development.
