A broadside intended for Civil War veterans advertising updates to the pension laws issued by a lawyer and solicitor of claims. The act here is "to relieve soldiers from the charge of Desertion and grant all such soldiers their full dues" and to "grant Soldiers marked as deserters Honorable discharge papers" thus making them eligible for pensions. Other payments and increase are detailed as well.

they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make

the lot on their behalf, and for ensuring that they have
requested, received and understood any condition report provided
by Hindman.
