8vo (220 x 137 mm). Tipped-in portrait, 9 tinted lithographic plates (including frontispiece), folding lithograph map with color. (Some light toning or soiling, some minor chipping.) Modern half leather gilt, original blind-stamped black cloth (rebacked, slight wear to extremities).
