Appears to retains the original horsehair tail. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Appears to show an early repainted surface, with some of the original paint showing through. Other areas later painted due to various likely restorations, likely including the ears, the rear right leg at the knee joint and the front left leg at the knee joint.  Leather strap broken on one side of the bridal. Later stand.  Footrests and corresponding leather straps are seemingly replaced.  Few areas of small losses.
