Condition Report
Drawers and backboards appear to be oak.
In overall stable and usable condition. Retains a fairly even patina and seemingly early surface, though the top likely waxed or rubbed with oil more recently. Scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Age cracks visible in areas, with a repaired knot to the proper left side of the case. Traces of old worm holes to the secondary wood. A few of the foot facings appear previously detached and reglued, a couple of which might be early patches. Each drawer previously fitted with a lock mechanism, though three of the four are now lacking. Drawer pulls are replaced.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to
age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and
restoration/repair. All lots are sold "AS IS," in the condition
they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make
no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind
as to a lot's condition. Any reference to condition in a catalogue
