1990 White House Christmas card SIGNED BY PRESIDENT GEORGE H.W. BUSH AND FIRST LADY BARBARA BUSH. 10 x 13 in. printed card, with original portfolio. -- 1989 and 1991 White House Christmas cards. Each approx. 12 1/2 x 16 3/4 in., with original portfolios. -- Together, 3 Christmas cards, condition very fine. 

[With:] Menu from dinner held at Spaso House, Moscow between President Bush and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. Moscow, Soviet Union, 31 July 1991. 4 1/2 x 6 7/8 in. engraved menu. It was on this day that Bush and Gorbachev signed START I, a bilateral Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, the first treaty between the US and the Soviet Union to reduce their nuclear arsenals.
