Lot Description
Two Dresses: Malcolm Starr and Donald Brooks, 1960s

This lot contains two dresses.

THE FIRST 
A-line dress with a fancy weave and print in silver metallic thread, orange, purple, blue, yellow, and white. The dress is cut with a square neckline, cap sleeves, princess seams, in-seam pocket over each hip, and closes down the center back with a zipper.

THE SECOND 
White cotton dress woven with a circle design and printed with a red floral and purple geometric pattern. The fitted bodice is made in two layers and is joined to the skirt with straps at the sides. The bodice is open at the back and finished with an appliqued bib at the front. The top closes with hooks and eyes and the skirt closes with a bar and hook and zipper.

THE FIRST 
The overall condition is good with some loose threads around the hook and eye closure, minor discoloration around the crew neckline, and a small faint spot on the front hip. 

THE SECOND 
The overall condition is very good with some minor spots in the lining.
