4to. Woodcut title-page printed in brown and black, and 12 color woodcut illustrations by Baumann. (Slight offsetting from plates.) Publisher's navy and white two-tone cloth gilt, stamped in blind (light rubbing to extremities); original printed dust jacket (some chipping and soiling, starting to split along folds). FIRST EDITION.
[With:] RILEY, and Franklin BOOTH (1874-1948), illustrator. The Flying Islands of the Night. Indianapolis: The Bobbs Merrill Company, [1913]. 4to. 16 tipped-in color plates by Booth. Publisher's green cloth-backed boards gilt (some minor soiling, a touch of wear to extremities). First edition with Booth's illustrations.
