Height of shorter 5 7/8 inches.

Both items appear in overall decent and ready to place condition. The pitcher with light surface scuffs to the silver mounts, consistent with gentle polishing. The base of the pitcher with several chips and areas of loss to the base, most apparent in the proper rear left corner. The glass with scattered surface scratches.

The flask with moderate areas of tarnish to the silver mounts. There are small dings in the silver only visible from the bottom. The lid has a small dent. The silver with scurface scratches consistent with use and polishing and the glass with scattered scrapes.

Both articles are dusty with surface deposit and would benefit from cleaning.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair. All lots are sold "AS IS," in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lot's condition. Any reference to condition in a catalogue description or a condition report shall not amount to a full accounting of condition. Condition reports prepared by Hindman staff are provided as a convenience and may be requested from the Department prior to bidding.
