Hinged to backmat in two places along upper edge verso; scattered handling creases within lower margin and to left and right edges; some handling creases with cracking to ink within lower red area at left, right and center, two within outside blue ring, one at lower left and one at upper left;  small scuffs scattered along left side of blue outer ring; minor instances of surface dirt to sheet verso; red pigment and signature are attenuated.
