This lot is accompanied by a letter of opinion from the Milton and Sally Avery Arts Foundation, New York. It is also accompanied by a letter from Sally Avery addressed to Mrs. Edith S. Peiser, dated Feb. 18, 1972.

Condition Report
Framed: 15 3/4 x 13 3/4 inches.
The sheet is taped in two areas to backing at the upper corners. The glue is visible on recto at all corners. Surface dirt and smudges along the edges. Toning to sheet. Faint creases in the lower right and left corners. One small horiztonal tear in lower right edge, no greater in length than 1/4 inch; one additional partial tear along upper center edge.
