Publisher's brown cloth decorated in blind, spine gilt-lettered (boards slightly bowed, a few tiny stains, a touch of wear to extremities). Provenance: Dudley Bell Priester (1923-2017), Mississippi River collector and bibliographer (a few annotations, bookplate, sold Bloomsbury, 19 November 2009, lot 117). FIRST EDITION.
