1 page, 14 1/2 x 8 in. (sight), with embossed seal affixed lower left, folds, including small separation near fold at center, toning, staining near center resulting in wear and some loss of text.
A document granting land to John Bralsfoard in Cincinnati as a result of "An Act providing for the sale of the Lands of the United States in the Territory north-west of the Ohio, and above the mouth of the Kentucky river."
