16 x 11 in. polished cotton flag banner in red, white, and blue, with field printed in reverse, canton comprised of 33 stars arranged in 5-pointed star pattern (brittleness to flag, toning, and staining, with slight margin loss, partial tears repaired with adhesive on reverse side of flag, top edge glued to mount for display).
