Affixed to case behind image is a tiny printed card reading "Hunt, Electro Daguerreotypist, 207 Bowery, over Haliburtons Tea store." -- Sixth plate daguerreotype of a man seated next to some type of sign reading "1847." (Features somewhat softened, with light occasional tarnishing and spotting; no preserver present, resealed.) Housed in a fully separated leatherette case (split at spine, surface wear throughout). -- Sixth plate ambrotype portrait of two men wearing fur hats and engaging in a card game, with two bottles of alcohol on the table between them. (Image a bit dark, with spotting throughout; unsealed.) Housed in a half pressed paper case (wear throughout). -- And 8 others, including one quarter plate ambrotype, one quarter plate tintype, 3 sixth plate daguerreotypes, 2 sixth plate ambrotypes, and one ninth plate tintype. -- Together, 11 wet plate images of interesting people with unusual props and poses.
