San Francisco, CA, ca 1880s. Studio portrait of 3 young Jicorrillas subjects posed seated and standing among tree and log props. Numbered and captioned in image, "B 189. JIcorrillas Indian, Arizona" alongside Taber's imprint. Verso bears few modern pencil inscriptions including date 1880. -- Studio portrait of 4 Pimos subjects posed seated and standing among tree and log props, with an orbic item in the foreground upon which the central subject displays playing cards. Numbered and captioned in image, "B 177. Pimos Indians, Arizona" alongside Taber's imprint. Verso bears few modern pencil inscriptions including date 1880. -- Together, 2 albumen photographs, each 4 3/4 x 7 7/8 in., on cardstock mounts. Small scrap of paper affixed to upper left of Jicorrillas image, toning and some bending/waviness to prints and mounts.
