The collection is comprised of the following: approx. 61 postcards, the majority being real photo postcards, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 in., or smaller, many unused. Many are titled in the negative or on verso.
Highlighted subjects/scenes include: At least 9 RPPCs credited by F.B. Fiske (as credited in negative), including portraits of Sioux figures such as Red Cloud, Lone Man, Circling Hawk, Sioux Medicine Man No Heart, John Grass, White Bull, One Bull, Sitting Bull's Grave at Fort Yates, ND, and Sioux Indians dancing. -- "Jos Tesson, Interpreter, Musquatue Tribe." -- "Young Navajo Traders Near Cedar Ridge Trading Post, Arizona." -- "Bannock Indian, Blackfoot, Idaho." -- "Cameron Trading Post." -- "Round-Up Prize Winner, Pendleton." -- "Indian Grave Yard, Alert Bay, B.C." -- "Chief White Hawk in the Big Hollow Tree, Stanley Park, Vancouver, Canada." -- Outdoor portrait of a large group of men with later penciled caption on verso suggesting that they were "scouts who fought against Geronimo." -- Multiple images of Native Americans making pottery or weaving baskets. -- "Shakes Totem." -- "Indian Mary Age 120 Years and her Children, Idaho." -- 3 views of Native American potter Popovi Da. -- Interior image of a Sioux Indian Museum display. -- Distant view of a circle of tents with later penciled caption on verso identifying the scene as "Nespelem, Washington, July 4, 1913, Chief Joseph's Camp Location."
