Condition Report
Both commodes appearing in overall decent, stable, and ready to place condition. One example with small instances of loss to the veneer around the drawer fronts and a white scuff mark across the floral marquetry inlay at the front. This example with a loose gilt mount above the proper right front leg. This example also exhibiting a crack to the proper right back corner.
The other example with a small section of damage to the proper right side top edge, likely from previous contact with marble top, as well as a crack in the top boards, not appearing to impact stability and not immediately noticeable with the top in place. Scuffs, marks, and scratches, commensurate with age and moving.
Both marble tops are intact. One with a few small spots of discoloration to the top. Each with negligible roughness to the edges.
