Condition Report
In overall fine and stable condition. Retaining an even, mellow patina throughout. Old scuffs, marks, and scratches consistent with age and use. Some areas of discoloration and fading to the upholstery, but seemingly free of any tears. Few visible age cracks throughout. Some of the corner blocks beneath the seat are replaced or lost. One of the armchairs shows minor repair to one of the arms where it meets the arm supports. One of the side chairs has repaired front legs and one rear leg, the legs each appear to have been cracked, cut down, and then repaired with a different piece of wood, these appear to be early repairs as there is visible age. This chair also shows a crack and associated loss to the splat. A few of the other chairs show some small triangular patches at the tops of legs where they meet seat rails, but appear to be old cracks that are repaired with small patches over lost wood stock.
Seat height 17 1/2 inches.
