Overall sturdy and usable condition. Some heavy wear to the top, with uneven finish and old scuffs and dark marks. The gate leg action works well on both sides and the table is level and stable when extended. One of the hoof-form feet is missing a small section of wood. Negligible issues such as age cracks that do not impact the stability.
