Framed: 31 1/4 x 29 1/4 inches.
Moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is not lined; two concentric craquelure patterns in the sky, as well as additional craquelures through the upper half; uneven, discolored varnish application visible along the right and left edges, as well as a spot of darker, discolored varnish in the center, below the pink parasol brim. Under UV light: two small spots of inpainting along the lower left edge, under the building's edge; uneven varnish application fluoresces along left and right edges; possible artist's changes visible under the pink parasol in center.
