Backing board: 38 3/4 x 21 1/2 inches.
Surface dirt and dust; scattered scuffs to blue ink with associated loss, largest no longer than 1/2 of an inch in length; scattered pinpoint foxmarks visible in margins, with small cluster concentrated in lower right margin; two brown stains along left edge within blue element; slight skinning to lower margin; hinged to backing board at seven places along edges of sheet verso.
