Sheet unevenly trimmed; heavy uneven toning to sheet due to UV exposure; handling creases throughout margins, particularly concentrated along right edge; hinge remnant to upper right corner recto, with associated creasing along upper right edge; scattered instances of ink staining throughout margins, most pronounced in blue stain in lower right margin approximately 1/4 inch in diameter.
