Framed: 42 1/4 x 30 1/4 inches.
Sheet: 40 1/4 x 27 3/4 inches.
Not examined out of frame; all edges visible; moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust on framing materials; sheet appears to be attached to backing board along all edges, with slight rippling to sheet along left and right edges; scattered bumps to upper center, upper right corner, and lower left edge resulting in creases; very slight creases to upper left corner and lower right corner, mostly visible only in raking light; one small brown stain each in upper left margin, upper right corner margin, and lower right margin, below the signature.
