Belt exterior retains partial stamp. -- Cap pouch with integral latch tab (cracking and surface loss to leather in certain areas; retains wool and pick). Inspector stamp on front flap "R. White / US Ord Dep / Sub Inspector." Belt loops, latch tab, and brass finial present.
