Late 18th-early 19th century socket bayonet, American copy of the model 1754 French bayonet, blade 17 in. long. Provenance: Ex Besch Collection as per modern written label furnished by Carroll J. Delery III. -- Late 18th-early 19th century socket bayonet, American copy of British "Brown Bess," blade 17 in. long. Provenance: Ex Besch Collection as per modern written label furnished by Carroll J. Delery III. -- Late 18th-early 19th century socket bayonet, French Charleville bayonet modified for an American musket, blade 14 in. long. Provenance: Ex Besch Collection as per modern written label furnished by Carroll J.
