Lot Description
A 1990 Cincinnati Reds World Championship Salesman's Sample Ring,

crafted in the form of ring awarded to Eric Davis, this size nine salesman's sample features a diamond studded logo on the face inspired by the Reds "C" set in a red stone surrounded by wording signifying the World Series triumph. The panels of the ring feature: one, a rendering of Riverfront Stadium with Davis 44 and "WIRE TO WIRE" honoring the Reds' place as one of only five teams to occupy first place in the standings for the entire year and eventually win the World Series and two, a rendering of the World Series trophy with the Reds logo 4 and A's logo 0. An uncommon piece from one of baseball's great teams.
