In good and stable condition. The velvet upholstery is in considerably good condition and shows no significant wear apart from two of the chair's proper left arm rests. There are no tears, losses or repairs to the velvet. The piping from the seat cushion has left an indentation only visible when the seat cushion is removed. The bases are lightly scuffed consistent with age and use. Velvet pile is strong and even throughout.
