Lot Description
Japanese Edo-Period Samurai Armor

Partial suit of Edo-period Japanese samurai armor. Armor includes iron dou, six sets of iron kusazuri, two sets of iron sode, and two iron kote with blue cloth. Haidate plates are black leather and appear to have been re-laced, but done well. Included with item is a menpo with iron faulds. Interior of dou is signed with kanji in red paint. 

This lot is located in Cincinnati.
Condition Report

Fair to good. Cloth sleeves show tattered losses. Lacing shows discoloration overall.
