A short list of assets includes 3 enslaved persons, including a man named Jacob with a listed value of 400 dollars, a man named Gabriel with a listed value of 225 dollars, and a man named Jack with a listed value of zero dollars.

It is likely that an infirmity or greatly advanced age caused the value of both Mariah and Jack to be listed as such.
