Framed: 16 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches.
Significant deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is laid to board; very fine craquelures through the woman's body and surface on which she sits; one pinpoint white accretion in lower right corner; under a discolored varnish. Under UV light: small spots of inpainting scattered throughout center and lower background, rock, and water; one pinpoint spot of inpainting in woman's proper right forearm; possible inpainting within the woman's face and hair.
