The woman appears to be adjusting a camera that rests atop a tripod while the man observes her actions. Housed in original paper sleeve identified to J.W. Groomes, Ferrotyper, Cincinnati, OH, with handwritten date, "Oct. 1884" (image a bit dark, very good condition overall). -- Studio portrait of a mustachioed man, possibly a photographer, seated beside a table upon which a camera, flowers, and other objects are displayed (light bends to plate). -- Standing view of a young man, presumably a photographer, displaying examples of his work, including a large portrait of a woman and a series of smaller portraits (light bends to plate, few small surface abrasions).
