Item features factory engravings including cross-hatched scroll to barrel and frame. Frame also has an Arabesque spiderweb pattern to left side, starbursts to front of frame, and zig zag and dot patterns overall. Included is a Colt letter detailing that it was factory engraved and that shipment was to Simmons Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri on February 27, 1884.
