Item features an internal box magazine, Hatcher hole, single barrel band to forearm, double sling swivels, and a checkered metal buttplate. Markings include a star gauge mark to crown of muzzle, and S A/{flaming bomb}/5-28 to top of barrel behind rear sight. Receiver is marked US/SPRINGFIELD/ARMORY/MODEL 1903/1294589. Included with item is an unmarked brown leather M1907-style sling.
