Lot Description
*Custom Remington Model Seven Three Barrel Takedown Set
SN: 7602235. Parkerized metal finish. Figured walnut stock has fleur-de-lis checkering to semi pistol grip and forearm, with carved cheek rest and a skeleton steel grip cap with checkering to wood. Custom bolt action takedown rifle with a scope rail to receiver, internal box magazine, and solid rubber recoil pad. Item features a custom three barrel set made by an unidentified gunsmith including:

1.) .243 Winchester. 18.25" barrel length. Parkerized metal finish. Walnut forearm has fleur-de-lis checkering, single sling stud, and takedown release. Features an adjustable notch rear sight and blade front sight. Barrel has Remington manufacturer marks.

2.) Possibly .223 Remington. 22.5" barrel length. Parkerized metal finish. Walnut forearm has fleur-de-lis checkering, single sling stud, and takedown release. Barrel has no sights and is unmarked. Barrel casting was not done, consult with a gunsmith before attempting to chamber loads.

3.) Possibly .308 Winchester. 18.5" barrel length. Parkerized metal finish. Walnut forearm has fleur-de-lis checkering, single sling stud, and takedown release. Barrel has no sights and is unmarked. Barrel casting was not done, consult with a gunsmith before attempting to chamber loads.

Set includes a metal travel case with blue felt interior, and a Leupold Vari-X III 2.5-8x36mm scope.

Condition Report
Very good. All bores of barrels are bright and clean. Wood stocks of receiver and barrels are in good condition, with few light scratches from handling. Action will need work, bolt appears to be stuck and will not open.
