Sterling tankard 18th century

Slender egg and urn form finial to domical lid with reed and scrolled thumb grip, plain flaring body with lyre form handle having a molded frame hinge terminating in a hemispheric butt, molded base, bottom inscribed with the name "J.Clarke" in script (partially worn).

H: 8 5/8 in. Weight: 25 1/2 troy oz.
