A suite of four Chinese enameled porcelain panels Jingdezhen, dated to a Xinyou year, equivalent to 1981
Each vertical panel depicting a dramatic winter landscape, inscribed and with one seal, in stained wood frames with scrolled brass hangers on top edge of frame (4).

NOTE: each panel with poems from the Tang Dynasty, which may be loosely translated as: "If you want to see far away you go to the highest tower" "The stream that is deep has no snow" "All sound is silence. Only the bell may be heard"
